This warranty is valid from the original purchase date and applies only to the initial customer. It is non-transferable.

What’s Covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in:

  • Structural components – including headboards, footboards, side rails, and centre support bars
  • Metal fittings – such as bolts, brackets, and support legs
  • Factory finishes – including paint or coatings affected by peeling or blistering due to defects
  • Faulty parts – eligible for free replacement within the 2-year period

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • General wear and tear (e.g. scratches, scuffs, or natural fading)
  • Damage caused by:
    • Incorrect assembly or use of power tools
    • Use of unsuitable mattress sizes or excessive weight
    • Exposure to moisture, humidity, mould, or water damage
    • Misuse, accidental damage, or improper handling/storage
  • Mattresses, bedding, or accessories unless explicitly stated
  • Any repairs or alterations carried out without authorisation

How to Make a Claim

If you need to make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Take clear photos of the issue (both close-up and wide shots)

    • Your order number or proof of purchase
    • Images of the issue (max 10MB)
    • A short description of the problem and when it occurred
